Our next Forever Fit Seminar will be on Sunday, April 26th at 4pm at Zionsville Presbyterian Church. Our topic will be Dining Out-the Smart Weigh. This seminar is $20 for walk in and will be preceded by a free Jazzercise class 3pm with Julie Pettinger!
